Future Story Now is a project driven by the intention of shaping the future and enabling humanity to manifest its vision for its ideal to be lived by all of us (animal, human, vegetable, or mineral) now. 

Based upon the fact that humans have a hard time committing to long-term goals and are more inclined to accept short-term rewards, Future Story Now uses language and story-telling methods to construct humanity's shared ideal in the here and now so that it becomes real for us. It also uses scaffolding techniques to increase the likelihood of us - the storyteller, the community, individuals - achieving the goals. 

Through language, story-telling, and workshops, Future Story Now asks humans to:

• Create a vision for the world we want to live in
• Commit to the vision 
• Develop an action plan
• Take action
• Tell, in the present tense, the story about how humanity arrives at a  just, equitable, sustainable, compassionate, in tune with Nature way of being so that we can start, to address the anxiety and overwhelm created by the issues the contemporary international societies face today

Please bear in mind that FSN is in its nascent stages while I develop this movement. However, as I conceive of it, Future Story Now has two constituent parts, each as valid as the other. These are:
